Plan Ahead for February: Out-of-School Programming Highlights




As we wrap up January and head into February, here’s a look at our out-of-school programming to help you and your family plan ahead. A quick reminder: schedules can shift due to illness or staffing challenges. While we aim to provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations, we appreciate your understanding and flexibility.


February Highlights

1. Gymnastics

  • Start Date: Monday, February 3rd

  • Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (first three weeks), 3:45 PM – 4:45 PM starting February 24th

  • Location: Gym

  • Grades: K–7


    Gymnastics is back! This club will meet every Monday, starting February 3rd. Please note the time change beginning February 24th. Students can be picked up at the gym after class.


2. Dance Update

  • This Week: Dance is canceled due to Rylan attending a college trip with 11th-grade students. Good luck, Rylan!

  • Spring Schedule: A finalized dance schedule will be shared next weekend via Parent Square.


3. Community Zumba

  • Dates: February 3rd, 10th, and 17th

  • Time: 6:10 PM – 7:10 PM

  • Location: PAC


    Join Maika for an energetic Zumba session! These sessions are open to the community and will take place in the PAC for the first three Mondays of February.


4. PeeWee Basketball

  • When: Wednesdays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Location: Gym

  • Grades: 2–5


    PeeWee Basketball is in full swing! If your student hasn’t joined yet, it’s not too late. Come shoot some hoops and have fun!


5. Chess Club

  • When: Mondays, 3:45 PM – 4:45 PM

  • Location: Contact Jordan for details

  • Grades: MS/HS (younger students may join with Jordan’s permission)


    Jordan is hosting a chess club for middle and high school students. Younger students with a keen interest can speak with Jordan for special permission to join.


Evening Programs for Adults and High School Students

We have a variety of evening offerings for adults and high schoolers. Check the weekly schedule for details, and don’t forget to sign in on the community attendance sheet when you participate.
