Silverton's cross country racers kicked off the season with the Boggy Draw Invitational last weekend. Running on the Ouray-Ridgway-Silverton team, Silverton runners competed in both the High School 5k and Middle School 3k races. Along with other great results, the Middle School Girls team came in 1st overall at the Boggy Draw Invitational!
The next XC race is our home meet here in Silverton, on Saturday, August 27 at 9:00am.
The course start/finish line is at 10th and Snowden, and the course takes runners up and over the shrine road. Community members are encouraged to cheer on our runners and show their support!

Team Score: 71 points … 3rd
MS Girls 3K (26 runners):
Team Score: 20 points … 1st!
